Hello Plant Lovers!
I am Sujith and I have completed my biotech engineering. I run a start-up called Optionables, which is a fintech start-up. I started my gardening journey when I was around 14-15 years old. I started by planting a few of them in leftover paint buckets. When I started, I began to think, “Why can’t we grow fruiting plants?” That one question opened up a lot of possibilities. I started to explore more on how to grow plants and about their maintenance. In a few years, I experimented on my terrace and started growing many fruiting plants. That possibility of having our own terrace garden made me think, “Why can’t we use all this terrace space and convert it into a beautiful urban forest?” At the end of the day, we want nature! That’s why I have started Biotech Maali, which helps you set up and maintain your terrace gardens and forests!

I am an Architect and designer by profession. I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and have since been dedicated to promoting conservation and ecological sustainability in my work.
I have always believed that incorporating green elements into our built environment is essential to creating a more livable world. Whether it’s transforming a single concrete block into a green home or contributing to the creation of a green liveable city.
